An Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card is the way people can get cash and food support benefits each month.
EBT is a payment method option available to recipients of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and all cash programs. EBT acts like a debit card at most automated teller machine (ATM) and point-of-sale devices. EBT cards can be obtained at the local county office for expedited SNAP households or by mail for all other applicants.
eFunds EBT Client Customer Service Helpline offers assistance in 38 different languages. Also, Department of Human Services (DHS) provides written material in Spanish.
Call eFunds Client Customer Service at (888) 997-2227 to report cards that are lost, stolen or damaged, to obtain account balances, to obtain recent transaction histories or to change your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Go to your county human services office card issuance area with proof of your identity.
There is no fee for this service. However there is a $2 charge for all replacement cards. EBT cards will only be replacement via the US Postal Service.
