Service Description
Help Me Grow St. Paul/N. Suburban (formerly known as Early Childhood Information and Referral of Ramsey County) is the "central intake" office for children age birth-5 when there is a concern regarding their development. Once your child is referred to our office a determination will be made for further evaluation by the appropriate school district. The early intervention evaluation team will assess your child as necessary to determine eligibility for early intervention services.
Help Me Grow Ramsey County offers, at no cost to families, information, support and referral services that may help your child and your family.

All residents of St. Paul or North Suburban area with concerns, needs or questions regarding child development from birth to 5 years
