Case management is a collaborative process to plan, evaluate, coordinate services and advocate. The program can customize plans to an individual's own challenges.
The All Children Excel Program (ACE) offers long-term comprehensive and proactive case management to children under the age of 10 in Ramsey County who have have committed offenses that would meet the criteria for prosecution if they were 10 years of age and older. ACE supports these young people and their families until they reach the age of 18.
