Eligibility

Residents of Le Sueur & Rice County who are on Medical Assistance or over age 55.


Drivers provide medical transportation only to waiver clients in Le Sueur and Waseca counties


Application Instructions

Request a ride at least 24 hours in advance


Fees

Volunteer drivers provide medical only transportation for waiver clients in Le Sueur and Waseca Counties.


Medical transportation for seniors not on a waiver provided for Le Sueur County residents only; donations are requested; this transportation is funded in part by Le Sueur County.


Sliding fee based on income.
