* Volunteers provide rides for everyday needs
* Rides for Health volunteers provide transportation to medical appointments anywhere within the State of Minnesota

Application Instructions

For Rides for Health, call at least 4 days prior to needing a ride
* Clients are limited to 1 ride per week


Fees

Rides for Health: Cost share donation is requested based on the mileage of the appointment
