Eligibility
To qualify for children's mental health services, children must have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and meet one of the following criteria:
* Has been admitted to or at risk of being admitted to inpatient treatment for mental health needs
* Have one of the following as determined by a mental health professional (psychosis or clinical depression)
- Risk of harming self or others
- Psychopathological symptoms as a result of being a victim of physical or sexual abuse or psychic trauma within the past year
- As a result of emotional disturbance, has significantly impaired home, school or community functioning that has lasted at least one year or presents substantial risk of lasting at least one year
