Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay for medical bills or other expenses related to health care
Financial assistance is available for End Stage Renal Disease patients in the U.S. and territories.
The Health Insurance Premium Program (HIPP) covers premiums for:
* Part B Medicare
* Commercial plans (including Marketplace plans)
* Employer group health plans and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) plans.
These premium payments allow patients to continue their health insurance coverage, enabling access to physician care and medical treatment.

* Bring your most current insurance bill (no older than 90 days) to you dialysis social worker
* Sign and date a Health Insurance Premium Program (HIPP) patient consent form before applying
