Description
Respite provides care on a short-term basis for a person who cannot take care of themselves, and who is usually taken care of by a family member or friend. The service is designed to provide temporary coverage for the caregiver during an absence or need for relief.
Additional Information
The Gathering is a daytime, out-of-home group respite program for caregivers and care receivers.
Respite care provides planned or emergency temporary care to an adult or child with special needs, which provides relief to the caregiver.
