Meal delivery programs prepare and deliver nutritious meals to older adults and people with disabilities who are unable to make the food for themselves or travel to a meal site.

Seniors age 60 and older that are "homebound" are offered the option of home delivery through the Meals on Wheels program.

Hot meals are delivered daily Monday - Friday with frozen meals on the weekends and holidays

Bundled Service Program: For dining patrons 60 years of age or older who live in remote areas, this program makes twice-a-month deliveries to seniors that offers prepared meals that are frozen, food shelf commodities, and Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS) food box.

The Groceries-to-Go Program provides a grocery service to homebound older adults unable to manage grocery shopping.

They ask that dining patrons make reservations the day before. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so the day of the reservation.
They also ask that "homebound" patrons let them know if they will not be home. This courtesy reduces food waste. If you are not going to be home for your delivered meal, please cancel your meals.

When receiving this service under waiver programs, you can receive up to one home-delivered meal per day.

Eligibility
To receive this service under the Alternative Care (AC), Essential Community Supports (ECS) and Elderly Waiver (EW) programs:
* The person must have an assessed need for the service that is documented in their support plan
* The service must be the most cost-effective method to provide the person with a nutritionally balanced meal

To receive this service under the Brain Injury (BI), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Community Alternative Care (CAC) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waivers:
* The person must be age 18 or older
* The person must be unable to prepare their own meals due to their disability
* The person must have an assessed need for the service that is documented in their support plan
* The service must be the most cost-effective method to provide the person with a nutritionally balanced meal
* No one else is available to prepare the meals

If you have waiver funding, the support plan (based on an assessment of your needs) determines which services are funded through your waiver.

Home Delivered and Bundled Services patrons are sent a monthly statement for their services.
