If you do not have insurance, or your insurance does not pay for treatment for a substance abuse disorder, contact your county or tribal human services office to see if you quality for free treatment services.

Eligibility

* Person's household income at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines; or
* Person is eligible for, or enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), Minnesota Supplemental Aid (MSA), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

Call to schedule a chemical dependency assessment to determine whether treatment is needed and if you are eligible for funding.
