Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community
Additional Information
Provides transportation for medical, grocery shopping, and other social appointments.
Drivers go into the doctor's office with the client to ensure that they have arrived at the correct time and location and also to ensure the driver is aware of the time to pick up the client for the return trip.

Eligibility
Must be 65 years or over (unless disabled) and live within an approximate 10 mile radius of Foley
Clients must be ambulatory but may need a steady hand to help them navigate icy conditions or steps.
Application Instructions
Call at least 2 days prior to the appointment date. Client needs to fill out an intake form. This form can be completed after the ride is given
