Catholic Charities is committed to providing caring and professional services for a fee based on ability to pay. In doing this they consider family size and total family income in assessing fees. Funding from the United Way, other donated dollars and fees paid by clients support the counseling services.

Some health plans will cover counseling if there is a mental health diagnosis. As a service Catholic Charities will bill insurance companies and other third party prayers but cannot guarantee such benefits or the amount covered. They are providers in a number of Employee Assistance Programs.
