Partners with energy efficiency service providers and local agencies to support residents in saving energy and money.
These residential energy efficiency programs are geared to assist residents in making energy efficient upgrades that reduce energy consumption, save money, and benefit the environment.
Examples of rebates and programs may include:
* Home energy audits
* Heating system rebates
* Programmable thermostat rebates
* Water heater rebates
* Fireplace rebates
* Residential laundry rebate
* Air sealing and insulation rebates
* Energy efficiency kits
Also participates in the U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program that provides free home energy upgrades to income-eligible homeowners and renters.

Programs that provide cash or tax rebates for homeowners who have made approved home improvements that will enable them to reduce energy consumption. Eligible improvements may include solar energy systems, heating and cooling systems, duct/air sealing, caulking/weather stripping, building insulation, windows and doors, and replacement of old appliances such as water heaters, heat pumps, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines and clothes dryers with newer models that are energy efficient.

Weatherization programs may have age, income, disability or other eligibility requirements.
