Description
Original Medicare beneficiaries are required to obtain Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) from suppliers who have contracts with Medicare. The suppliers have been through a competitive bidding process and meet Medicare eligibility and accreditation standards.
This website allows consumers to locate the suppliers by zip code.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) also works in partnership with state governments to administer Medical Assistance, the State Children's Health Insurance Program, and health insurance portability standards.
