Housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.


The goal of transitional housing is to help people live independently and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited.

The O-House is a men's furnished, structured, sober house located in North St. Cloud and includes:
* 4 bedrooms
* Clean safe sober living environment
* Support groups
* Quiet residential neighborhood
* Washer/dryer
* Local phone services
* On bus line


The T-House is a structured sober housing unit for men or women located in South St. Cloud and includes:
* 2 two bedroom apartments
* Clean safe sober living environment
* Support groups
* Quiet residential neighborhood
* Local phone services
* On bus line


The G-House is a structured sober housing unit for men or women located in Downtown St. Cloud and includes:
* 3 two bedroom apartments
* Clean safe sober living environment

Eligibility

This housing facility accepts individuals with criminal histories reentering the general public population from a correctional facility, with:
* Felony Conviction in the State of Minnesota
* County of Conviction is Stearns, Benton or Sherburne
* 365 days or less from felony sentencing date or release from incarceration for a felony conviction
