Description
Recreational activities for older adults to create social connections, learn new things and improve their general well-being.
Additional Information
The Wise Elders program provides services to Latine seniors including:
* Congregate dining - Latino dining offered every Tuesday and Wednesday by Volunteers of America
* Culturally relevant social and recreational programs
* Case management - Coordinators support them making health appointments, translating documents, completing different applications for services they need and also provide referrals as needed
* Educational activities and learn about nutrition, health, and legal issues
