Eligibility
Resident of Clay, Wilkin, Douglas, Stevens, Traverse, Grant, and Pope Counties
To be eligible a household must:
* Be experiencing homelessness as defined by the State of Minnesota and
* Be assessed by Coordinated Access, Referral, Entry & Stabilization (CARES) as being high priority
