A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.


Additional Information

Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.


CoDA uses the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions as the principles and guides to develop honest and healthy relationships with self and others.


There are CoDA service groups around the world that maintain a list of meetings and contact numbers, sometimes in more than one language other than English.
