This program makes computers and/or related technology equipment or software available to individuals for free or at a reduced cost.


Additional Information

Provides low-cost computers and laptops to people who are blind or visually impaired.


The computers have specialized software for visually impaired users.

Anyone who has a visual impairment - documentation of vision level is required.


No income or age requirements.
