Employment preparation and career training program that provides experience or vocational education for the work associated with a certain type of job
This program serves un-/under-employed Minneapolis residents and local employers to help participants develop job search, interview, and job retention skills by providing training, job placement and retention support, and career advancement counseling. Services are provided at the EMERGE Career and Technology Center and the Coyle Center in Minneapolis.

All programs include additional services:
* Job coach to help with job searching, interviewing, and resume writing
