Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community
Additional Information
Provides long distance non-emergency medical transportation and relocation (state to state) for patients, older adults and people with disabilities.
They will transport to and from a variety of facilities, including private residences, assisted living or nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and hospice. A family member or loved one may ride along at no extra charge.
They are able to provide safe and comfortable transportation for:
* Patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's, paralysis, stroke, Parkinson's, etc.
* Disabled and handicapped individuals - including those in a wheelchair or a stretcher
* Elderly persons - including those with medical conditions
