A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.


Additional Information

Groups to support individuals with emotional difficulties in their efforts to live more manageable lives They use a twelve-step organization, similar to Alcoholics Anonymous.


They work with any emotional disorder that has caused difficulty in a person's ability to cope with daily life.


The group is not a substitute for mental health treatment for some disorders.
