The CenterPoint Low Income Rental Efficiency Program is designed to target higher usage 1-4 unit rental properties in CenterPoint's gas territory.
Energy CENTS works with landlords to help improve their properties and lower tenants gas bills. Landlords are required to pay 50% of the cost of all improvements and CenterPoint covers the other half.
Please contact your landlord about participating. If you are a landlord and at least ½ of the tenants in your building are considered low income, please call Energy CENTS or see the online application to learn more.
