Application Instructions
Pre-register for holiday food baskets and the Christmas gift baskets by mid-December.
Forms are available at the Lakefield Food Shelf, Lakefield Library, Maynards Grocery, or call (507) 841-3350. Referrals are also taken from churches, or clients can call directly.
