Delancey Street serves people who have long histories of homelessness compounded by problems of mental illness and substance use. The program helps homeless individuals achieve increased levels of stability and satisfaction with their lives, while encouraging independent living.

Using a "housing first" approach, these services assist participants to establish and maintain housing; improve their health and their quality of life.

Delancey Supportive Housing Services offers housing along with services that allow people to live independently. The goal of these services is to assist individuals to maintain safe and affordable housing, develop community-living skills, and achieve greater self-determination.
