Provides minor indoor and/or outdoor home repair and maintenance or handyman work to help keep homes safe.
Additional Information
Age in Place is a home repair program that helps low-income homeowners preserve their home.
Repairs are focused on access and safety with older adult homeowners.
Eligible homeowners receive low-cost repair services such as:
* Accessibility ramps
* Railings
* Porch, deck, and stair repair
* Bathroom updates including grab bars, doorknobs, bathtub modifications
* Flooring updates
* Lighting updates
Volunteer labor and donated materials help keep costs low.
