A Brush with Kindness is an exterior repair program that helps low-income homeowners preserve their home.


Eligible homeowners receive low-cost repair services such as painting, landscaping, siding replacement or repair, stairs, roofs, accessibility modifications like wheelchair ramps, handrails and weatherization.


Volunteer labor and donated materials help keep costs low.

Eligibility
