Group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support
Health Foundations support groups include:
* Mom's Group: Facilitated by an experienced mom, there will be both structured and unstructured time. All moms with babies who are not yet crawling are welcome.
* Mama's Milk Hour: For breastfeeding information and support. In-person meeting where mothers can talk with other breastfeeding moms and bring their babies for some playtime.
A Certified Lactation Counselor will be on hand to answer questions.
