Additional Information
Educates the public and health care professionals about death, dying and grief. It funds research about hospice care, supports specific hospice and grief programs (such as children's grief camps), and financially assists hospice providers in times of disaster.
Services include:
* Life-limiting illness resources - a guide to conversations about end-of-life care
* Grief support
* Ask Hospice Foundation of America (HFA) - provides confidential guidance to patients, families and other interested parties regarding care at the end of life
* Volunteer resources
* Questions to ask when choosing a hospice provider
