Eligibility
Employment Connection is a vocational program that is designed to help adults with Mental Illness (MI), Serious Mental Illness (SMI), and serious and persistent mental illness. Available in Carlton, Lake, St. Louis and Douglas counties.
Application Instructions
Referral sources are the State of Minnesota Rehabilitation Services Office, Human Development Center agency providers, other mental health providers, and self-referrals. All referrals go through an assessment of needs and eligibility.
