Staff or volunteers answer questions or talk confidentially with callers. Program can provide information, a sympathetic listener, advice and/or referrals to other resources.
Additional Information
The Friendship Line offers phone based crisis services and outreach services for older adults and adults with disabilities.
Volunteers make outgoing, scheduled calls to help improve quality of life and connectedness of lonely, depressed, isolated, frail and/or suicidal older adults.

Serves older adults age 60 and older and adults living with disabilities
