Description
Financial management counselors take a look at your personal finance information, help to create a plan to pay off debt or keep on top of bills and provide retirement planning information.

Provides seniors with in-home and virtual support in the organization and execution of their everyday money matters
Help older adults maintain their financial independence, control and dignity.
Support older adults to help them organize and execute everyday paperwork and financial tasks such as:
* Management of all financial accounts.
* Managing daily transactions in all accounts.
* Managing monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
* Managing bill payment by check, auto or electronic pay.
* Being alert for billing errors and unauthorized charges.
* Communicating and advocating with service providers.
* Fiduciary services including Power of Attorney (POA) and Trustee.
* Liaison to accountant to provide tax documentation and reports.
* Liaison to attorney to support the completion of legal documents.
* Organizing paperwork, statements, receipts and correspondence.
* Organizing and acting on daily mail with client or from PO Box.
