Service Details

Respite provides care on a short-term basis for a person who cannot take care of themselves, and who is usually taken care of by an unpaid family member or friend. The program is designed to provide temporary coverage for the unpaid caregiver during an absence or need for relief.

Additional Information

Adult day respite is currently available in chartered locations in the cities of Pine City, Chisago City and North Branch.

Respite services are an out-of-home respite program offering a change of environment for care receivers and temporary, short term relief for caregivers to do errands, have lunch or coffee with a friend, or to simply take time to relax and recharge while your care receiver enjoys time to socialize in a safe and caring environment.
Our typical day includes: gentle exercise, brain-stimulating activities and crafts, conversation, snack and lunch and companion care.
