Description

This agency is contracted with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide free Social Security advocacy services.


Advocates help people apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).

Eligibility

Children or adults between the ages of birth and 65 who:
* Have a disability which has lasted or will last for 12 months or longer; and
* Live in the state of Minnesota; and are
* Currently homeless or at risk for homelessness


Application Instructions

Currently has limited staff time to work on Social Security applications. People who are currently homeless will have priority.
