Provides advocacy to ensure fair treatment from community and government based services.
* Will help obtain help with financial, mental health, housing and social concerns
* Provides home visits and assessments to determine needs and address barriers
* Provides home visits to assess and provide counseling to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing
* Provides escort, translation and interpreting services
