Eligibility

Elders (60+) in North Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Crystal, New Hope and Robbinsdale within 12 miles radius from office


Application Instructions

Rides will be provided based on space availability and are first-call, first-served basis. Call the reservation line at (612) 767-1684


Hours of operation: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday


Fees

All riders are asked to contribute financial support for the Assisted Transportation program. Fees are based on a sliding scale of an individual's income. See website for more information on fees. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
