Individualized employment services and supports for people with disabilities include:
* Employment exploration services: Help to explore work and introduce employment options. This service helps people to make an informed choice about working in competitive, integrated employment.
* Employment development services: Help to find competitive employment in the general workforce or become self-employed
* Employment support services: Help to maintain community employment in an individual or group setting

Community based employment:
* Offers employment opportunities based on individual's skills and abilities
* Work may be completed independently, in a supervised small group or a one on one setting
* Positions may include office, manufacturing, packaging, janitorial and computer document scanning
* Preparation services include:
- Employment planning
- Employee development and training
- Job placement
- Job coaching

Provides direct employment assistance to individuals with a diagnosed sserious mental illness and are in need of help in finding or keeping a job.

Individual Placements and Supports (IPS) helps people with serious mental illness to work in regular jobs related to their work preferences

Individuals are assigned to a MRCI Employment Support Coordinator who will help find employment and coordinate post-employment support via a team of mental health professionals who work on the individuals behalf.
