Eligibility is based on clinical need and room availability. To qualify, Veterans must be enrolled for VA Services at their local VA Medical Center. They must also meet criteria for service connected status, disability level, clinical need and in some cases, income thresholds.
In-home assistance services may also be available within the Veteran's community to meet ongoing needs of the Veteran.
Contact a VA Community Living Center Access Coordinator or your Veteran County Service Officer for assistance.
Veterans may be responsible for a Co-pay while residing in a VA Community Living Center or for Home and Community Services.
