About This Location

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) provide free and low-cost clinics in underserved areas, typically inner-cities and rural areas. These medical clinics are paid for by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Health Start: Populations served are primarily students attending schools in which clinics are located. Other young adults should call the clinic to see if they can get an appointment.

Health Start: Hours vary by school clinic site. Clinics are closed when school is closed. Summer services are provided in a central location.

Most insurance plans are accepted including Medical Assistance, Medicare, MinnesotaCare, HealthPartners, UCare, BlueCrossBlueShield/BluePlus, Medica Choice, Metropolitan Health Plan, PreferredOne and other private insurance.

A sliding fee is offered to people without insurance.
