About This Location

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) provide free and low-cost clinics in underserved areas, typically inner-cities and rural areas. Health Start: Populations served are primarily students attending schools in which clinics are located. Other young adults should call the clinic to see if they can get an appointment.


Application Instructions

Health Start: Hours vary by school clinic site. Clinics are closed when school is closed. Summer services are provided in a central location.

Most insurance plans are accepted including Medical Assistance, Medicare, MinnesotaCare, HealthPartners, UCare, BlueCrossBlueShield/BluePlus, Medica Choice, Metropolitan Health Plan, PreferredOne and other private insurance.


A sliding fee is offered to people without insurance.
