Visually, physically, and reading disabled persons of any age certified as unable to read or use standard print material.

Fees
Materials are sent free of charge by the U.S. Postal Service. Patrons can request library materials through the online library catalog, as well as by telephone, email, and/or postal mail. A large number of books and magazines are also available to download from Minnesota Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD).

A learning disability that is characterized by difficulty translating written images into meaningful language. There are two types of learning disabilities in reading. Signs of reading difficulty include problems with letter and word recognition, understanding words and ideas, reading speed and fluency, and general vocabulary skills.
