Ensures that programs and services are available throughout Minnesota, and works with counties, providers and tribes to deliver services.

If your child is enrolled in a health plan and you have questions about coverage for services, call that health plan's member services.

For non-crisis situations, a pediatrician or family practice provider is often the first stop for families seeking help because of a child's behavior, mood or other symptoms. They may refer the child to programs or services.
