Description
A nursing home is a facility or part of a facility that provides nursing care to five or more persons. Residents are typically older, frail (physically weak), or chronically ill (sick often or for a long time). Nursing homes are staffed 24 hours per day by trained nursing staff including licensed nurses and registered nurse aides. Eligibility
Must be an honorably discharged veteran or the spouse of a veteran (spouse must be 55 or older), a resident of Minnesota or have had his/her service credited to Minnesota and have a medical need for skilled nursing services.
This housing facility accepts individuals with criminal histories reentering the general public population from a correctional facility.
