Additional Information
Volunteer drivers provide transportation to medical, dental and other essential appointments or needs.
The goal is to enable seniors to live independently by assisting, supporting and providing door to door medical transportation.

Application Instructions
Rides must be scheduled in advance.
Individuals using Blue Plus or UCare for medical transportation must arrange the ride through the insurance company.
