Additional Information
The service includes picking the client up at their front door and taking them directly to their medical, dental or other essential appointments.
The goal is to enable seniors to live independently by assisting, supporting and providing door to door medical transportation.

Application Instructions
Call or email for more information. Rides must be scheduled in advance.
Individuals using Blue Plus or UCare for medical transportation must arrange the ride through the insurance company.
