Two on-going support groups are offered:
* Family Support Group: A peer-facilitated group designed to support family members who have a loved one diagnosed with a mental illness
* Connection Support Group: A peer-based support group led by trained facilitators for individuals facing the challenges of recovering from any serious mental illness
No registration required. All support groups are open groups and individuals can drop in at anytime.
