Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible
Additional Information
Provides services and referrals to support clients in crisis situations. Clients work with program navigators to find the support they need.
Services include:
* Internal referrals to NorthPoint's behavioral health, medical care, or dental services
* Finding community resources for clothing, furniture, crime victim support, and parenting education
* Referrals and information about local food shelves
* Finding resources for medical co-pays
* Acting as an intermediary for legal services, domestic abuse, and language interpretation
* Basic advocacy for utility, housing, or other social services
