Recreational activities for older adults to create social connections, learn new things and improve their general well-being.
Additional Information
Join other senior adults on Thursdays for Bible study, worship, communion, friendship and fun.
Young at Heart weekly activities include:
* Fellowship and lunch
* Recreational outings, including theatre, cards, and bingo
* Bible studies
The group meets at the Arden Hills Great Hall.
