Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.
Additional Information
Offers programs to support children who are unable to access the health care they need.
Funding for health needs includes individual grants for:
* Medical care such as medical procedures, medicine, therapy, evaluations, service dogs
* Medical equipment such as wheelchairs, assistive technology, prostheses, care devices, hearing aids
* Travel and lodging related to a child's care
* Vehicle modifications such as lifts, ramps and transfer boards

Eligibility
* Children 18 or younger, or a person 19–21 if they are in a child-like mental state
* The child must be under the care of a physician
* The request must be clinically relevant to a specific healthcare need of the child.
* There must be no existing insurance coverage for the requested expenses.
* One request per 12 months, per child for a maximum of 3 times in a child's lifetime
