Provide financial support and guidance for qualified patients with specific, rare chronic diseases


Financial assistance may include:
* Subsidizing the cost of health insurance premiums
* Providing pharmacy and treatment copayment assistance
* Assisting with Medicare Part D co-insurance
* Providing travel assistance for transportation reimbursement


The Advocating for Chronic Conditions, Entitlements and Social Services (ACCESS) program provides advocacy and assistance for a limited group of rare chronic disorders. This assistance program includes navigating entitlement programs and health insurance coverage.
